Product Introduction:

Lightweight foamed calcium silicate flat panel is a new generation of Class A1 non-combustible thermal insulation inorganic board, specially developed for building HVAC smoke control and extraction systems, as well as air conditioning duct systems.

 

This product uses a full inorganic silicate system as the core base material, refined through controlled foaming lightweight modification and high-pressure constant-temperature autoclave curing process. As an innovative upgraded alternative to traditional magnesium oxide boards, rubber plastic/polyurethane organic thermal insulation materials and ordinary calcium silicate boards, it strictly complies with the mandatory requirements of China's current building fire protection codes for densely populated public places such as hospitals, schools and commercial complexes. It delivers an integrated solution to long-standing industry pain points of traditional materials, including non-compliant fire performance, difficult installation caused by high density, halogen reversion and metal corrosion, and short service life.

1.Building Internal Partition & Fire Partition Wall System: Used for internal partition walls, household partition walls and fire compartment partition walls of various civil, public and industrial buildings, especially suitable for high fire resistance limit partition wall needs in densely populated places such as hospitals, schools, commercial complexes and office buildings. It features light weight, low load, convenient construction, and can be directly finished.

2.Wall Decoration Base & Lining Board System: Used for leveling lining board and finishing base layer of interior wall decoration, compatible with various finishing processes such as latex paint, wallpaper, wood veneer, soft package and ceramic tile. Its low-chlorine formula inhibits moisture regain, effectively avoiding the problems of bulging, falling off and mildew of the finish, and simultaneously improves the fire protection and sound insulation performance of the wall, suitable for both home decoration and public decoration scenarios.
