1. Ultra-Low Energy Consumption, Leading Thermal Insulation Performance

The core adopts self-developed insulation tiles, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.15W/(m·K) at 350℃, which greatly blocks the thermal bridging effect, reduces pipeline heat loss, and cuts down operation energy consumption costs.

2. Excellent Temperature Resistance, Wide Adaptability

It features a long-term temperature resistance up to 650℃, perfectly adapts to medium and high temperature saturated/superheated steam pipelines, and can stably cope with extremely high-temperature scenarios such as power plants and chemical industries without high-temperature performance degradation.

3. High-Strength Load-Bearing, Stable Damage Resistance

The core insulation unit has a compressive strength ≥20MPa and flexural strength ≥2.0MPa, with excellent load-bearing capacity. It solves the problems of easy fragmentation and pulverization of traditional materials and ensures the table operation of pipelines.

4. Long-Term Anti-Corrosion, CUI Risk Avoidance

With a low chloride ion formula design and stable chemical properties, it fundamentally avoids the problem of pipeline Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), protects the pipe base material, and extends the service life of the system.

5. Safe and Environmentally Friendly, Full-Cycle Stability

It is asbestos-free, Class A non-combustible, and releases no harmful substances at high temperatures, complying with environmental protection and fire protection requirements. Its performance can be fully restored after being damp and dried, with a design service life of≥30 years, which reduces operation and maintenance costs.
