1. High efficiency: The prefabrication and assembly of the pipeline is completed in the factory, avoiding harsh construction conditions, ensuring the insulation quality, ensuring product quality and consistency, reducing the complexity and uncertainty of on-site construction, and making the overall heat network achieve the best design effect.

2 .Zero thermal bridge effect: The clamp-type bracket can be used directly on the outer wall of the pipeline to achieve the effect of "zero thermal bridge", solving the problem of "thermal bridge effect" of traditional insulation pipelines and ensuring that the heat loss of the pipeline at the bracket is minimized.

3. Stable structure: The three-layer composite insulation structure of "soft tile foam" is adopted, from the inside to the outside, it is the working pipe, shockproof sealing layer, reflection layer, hard insulation layer (foamed calcium silicate), reflection layer, polyurethane layer and outer sheath. The structural design is reasonable and has good compression, tensile and corrosion resistance.

4. High load-bearing capacity: The outer sheath adopts high-strength materials and advanced manufacturing processes of color steel plates or aluminum alloy spiral ducts to ensure that the pipeline has sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand various external loads. It has good waterproof and anti-corrosion properties, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the pipeline in harsh environments.
